Q: How much do they cost?

Q: Are they hail proof?
A: Yes. Extremely large hail may be able to put small dents in the cover, but they will not break.

Q: Are they leak proof?
A: Our Window Well Cover is designed to be 100% leak proof, but leaks can occur from improper installation or because of defects in the structure they are mounted to.

Q: Can my dog and/or child stand on the window well cover?
A: While constructed to prevent a person from falling into the well, our window well covers can be damaged, scratched, dented, and weakened from abuse and misuse. Misuse and/or abuse will void all warrenties. Even worse, misuse/abuse creates the potential danger of failing to stop a person from falling to the bottom of the well, or could cause the operational door to stick shut, preventing escape from the basement in an emergency.
